These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Hander Massage Studio Academy (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio") website, massage service appointments, and course registrations. Please read the service details, these terms and conditions, refund policy, and individual registration information before making payment; simply browsing the website does not imply agreement to all transaction terms.
I. Nature of Services and Courses This studio provides massage services and courses for relaxation, daily maintenance, and technical learning purposes. We do not offer medical diagnoses, disease treatments, or guarantees of medical effects. Service experience and learning outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances. The issuing authority, conditions, and fees for courses or school certificates are detailed in individual enrollment information and do not represent obtaining Taiwanese medical qualifications or government practice licenses.
2. Please provide accurate contact information for reservations and registrations. Time, location, services offered, course content, fees, and payment methods will be provided upon reservation or registration confirmation. Submitting an inquiry or form does not constitute a reservation; confirmation from the studio is required. For services or registrations involving minors, consent from their legal guardian is required by law.
III. Fees and Payment Unless otherwise specified, fees are denominated in New Taiwan Dollars. Any additional costs for teaching materials, equipment, certificates, or other expenses will be explained before payment. No additional fees may be added after the transaction has been completed without the consent of both parties. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds will be handled in accordance with refund policies, individual agreements confirmed before payment, and applicable laws.
IV. Safety, Comfort, and Boundaries: Please inform us of any safety-related conditions, allergies, or discomforts before the service or procedure; seek medical advice if necessary. During the procedure, you may request adjustments to the pressure, avoidance of certain areas, or cessation of the procedure at any time. This studio values privacy, cover, and body boundaries and does not provide sexual services; in cases of harassment, safety risks, or inappropriate continuation of the procedure, the service may be stopped, and related costs will be handled according to the actual situation and the law, without general confiscation.
V. Course Participation and Materials: Please adhere to classroom safety guidelines and the principle of mutual respect. Obtain the consent of your assigned participant before any hands-on activities. Recording audio, video, photographing, or disclosing the identifiable images of others requires the prior consent of the instructor and the relevant parties. The materials are for legal personal study use only; unauthorized reproduction, sale, public distribution, or use in commercial teaching is prohibited. Legally permissible uses are unrestricted.
6. Changes and Dispute Handling If arrangements need to be adjusted due to insufficient number of people, instructor status, disaster or other reasons, the studio will proactively notify and handle it in accordance with the refund policy; no announcement will be used to unilaterally derogate existing transaction rights. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China; consumer rights enjoyed by law shall not be restricted by these Terms. When a dispute occurs, you can contact us first for negotiation, or you can appeal to the consumer protection agency or seek other relief in accordance with the law.
